Owned end-to-end planning and marketing for the AKUVO Community Conference 2025, a 3-day event reaching 250 credit union and financial technology professionals. On the planning side, I managed the venue contract, AV, budget, speakers, and sponsor and exhibitor relationships, coordinating vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver the event on time and on budget. On the marketing side, I led the full campaign arc — pre-event promotion, live LinkedIn coverage, and a post-event recap — to drive registrations and keep the brand front-and-center throughout.
